Team Development

It seems like wherever you look, there's a team competition. We want our teams to be cooperative, rather than competitive, when learning new skills like cooperation. A team works toward a common purpose, such as the completion of a task or the achievement of a certain quota, or, in the language of horses, the maintenance of the herd's security. The best chance of achieving this objective is through working together toward it.
